Armoured with a post-graduate degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious Le Roches School in Switzerland, Rohit is a walking encyclopaedia of the hospitality industry. His education has provided him with a strong foundation in all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to F&B management.
Working in prestigious establishments around the world like Lowell Hotel in the USA & more, allowed him to refine his understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences and impeccable service.
As the “itchy feet” of the family, Rohit’s passion for travel and exploration fuels his desire to create unique and captivating experiences for his guests at Indie Stays. Drawing inspiration from his global adventures, he infuses each property with a sense its local influence and a touch of his wanderlust spirit.
Outside of the hotels, Rohit is an avid Manchester City fan who loves playing football, kicking some punching bags, flipping the Woks and always carrying a book wherever he goes.

With an MBA from Bentley University in the USA, Rakesh being the oldest of the trio is the risk assessor & strategic planner of Indie Stays. His educational journey has equipped him with a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of strategic management.
Prior to his venture into the world of hospitality, Rakesh excelled in the corporate realm, working as a Principal Business Analyst at Fidelity Investments, a renowned financial services firm in the USA. During his tenure there, he honed his analytical skills, gained invaluable insights into business operations, and developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth, innovation & risk management.
But Rakesh’s love for numbers isn’t limited to the boardroom alone. As a devoted Boston Red Sox fan, he is always on the lookout for that winning formula on and off the field. His out of the boardroom passion lies in swimming and not just through numbers & financial analytics, but the real blue waters.
At Indie Stays, he is the gate keeper of finances & carefully maps out each property’s development into profits. He is a meticulous planner, ensuring Indie Stays makes the right financial moves. He is the backbone to making Indie Stays into a trusted brand.
Roshan is the tech guru of Indie Stays with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (MS) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the USA. He brings an opulence of technical expertise to the table.
Prior to venturing into the world of hospitality, Roshan made waves in the tech industry as a Software Consultant at EMC2 & Nutanix, both globally renowned technology companies. His experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions has cultivated his skills in problem-solving and innovation.
At Indie Stays, Roshan is the mastermind behind seamlessly integrating technology to enhance the guest experience. From intuitive online booking systems to integrated revenue management solutions to safeguarding & securing data network, he ensures that every technological aspect of Indie Stays is top-notch.
But Roshan’s talents extend beyond his tech wizardry. As a multi-dimensional individual, he possesses a love for cricket and muti-cultural culinary experiences. He is often found playing with his daughters during his downtime.
