Armoured with a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious Les Roches School in Switzerland, Rohit is a walking encyclopaedia of the hospitality industry. His education has provided him with a strong foundation in all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to F&B management.

Having worked in renowned establishments around the world, such as The Lowell Hotel in the USA, Rohit refined his ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and impeccable service.

... As the 'itchy feet' of the family, Rohit’s passion for travel and exploration fuels his desire to create unique and captivating experiences for guests at Indie Stays. Drawing inspiration from his global adventures, he infuses each property with local influences and a touch of his wanderlust spirit.

Outside of hotels, Rohit is an avid Manchester City fan who loves playing football, kicking punching bags, flipping woks, and always carrying a book wherever he goes.

Roshan is the tech guru of Indie Stays, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng) and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (MSc) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the USA. He brings a wealth of technical expertise to the table.

Before venturing into hospitality, Roshan made waves in the tech industry as a Software Consultant at EMC2 and Nutanix, both globally renowned technology companies. His experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions has refined his skills in problem-solving and innovation.

... At Indie Stays, Roshan is the mastermind behind seamlessly integrating technology to enhance the guest experience. From intuitive online booking systems to integrated revenue management solutions to safeguarding data networks, he ensures that every technological aspect of Indie Stays is top-notch.

But Roshan’s talents extend beyond his tech wizardry. A multi-dimensional individual, he possesses a love for cricket and multicultural culinary experiences. During his downtime, he is often found playing with his daughters.
